Good to know

This cozy unit at Waikiki Banyan is designed to provide a comfortable stay. The bedroom features a King size bed with soft linens and ample closet space. The living area includes a Queen size sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the mountain and city view! The dining area consists of a large island and chairs for four, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, basic cooking utensils, and dishware. There is a sink for dishwashing. The unit also comes with air conditioning and high-speed internet access.

House Rules

Please read the following terms and guidelines before booking. By booking your stay, you agree that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions listed below. [CHECK IN/OUT] «Check-in is from 3PM – 10PM.» • A PIN code will be provided before check-in to access the unit. • There is a security key in the unit to access the elevator from the parking garage after 8PM. «Check-out is at 10AM.» • Please remove all trash and recyclables prior to check-out. • Remove used towels and leave in the laundry basket. • Wash used dishes and leave them in the drying rack. • Ensure any used beach gear are cleaned and dusted off from sand • Please remember to leave the security key and parking permit in the unit when checking out. [PARKING] One free parking is included. The parking garage entrance is located on Kuhio Avenue. Let the security know which unit you will be staying in and that the parking pass is in the unit. They will let you park at the loading zone for 15 minutes to retrieve the parking pass. The parking pass must always be displayed in the rear-view mirror when parking in the building. «IMPORTANT» There is a $250 fee for lost parking pass. «WARNING» Maximum vehicle height is 6 ft. Large cargo vans and SUVs that are lifted or have a roof rack do not fit in the parking garage. If a vehicle does not fit in the garage, you will be responsible for finding and paying for alternative parking at your expense. Please call security if you have any questions. [HOUSE RULES] «Absolutely no more than 4 guests staying in the unit. All guests must be listed and confirmed during booking! We will cancel your stay without refund for guest violation.» • Check in and out on time • Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM • No smoking • No parties or events • No animals allowed in the unit • No food or drinks on the beds • Remove all trash and recyclables daily • Remove footwear when entering unit • Dust off all sand before entering unit • Do not horseplay on the balcony • Ensure AC, lights, water are turned off and all windows and balcony door are closed when leaving the unit • Do not move the furniture • Do not take anything home from the unit • Do not take bath towels to use outdoors. Use beach towels instead. • Do not use bath towels to wipe makeup or for cleaning any messes up [DAMAGES\INJURY\THEFT] Any damage, injury or theft is the responsibility of the guests. Damage to items, furniture or unit will be billed to the guests. These include stains on towels! Additional details and information are provided in the ‘Information Binder’ located in the unit.

Other Details to Note

Please note that the building maintenance staff may need to perform various types of maintenance during your stay, including water shut-offs, pest control, air conditioning servicing, emergency repairs, and window cleaning. While these maintenance activities are necessary to ensure the upkeep and safety of the building, we understand that they can be inconvenient for guests. We will make every effort to notify you in advance of any scheduled maintenance work, but in some cases, emergency repairs may need to be addressed immediately. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in accommodating any necessary maintenance work during your stay. Parking Garage Height Limit: 6 Feet Please be aware that the parking garage has a maximum height limit of 6 feet. Vehicles exceeding this height will not be accommodated and will need to find alternative parking arrangements at the owner's expense. Standard minivans and unmodified Jeeps generally meet this height requirement.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire unit, including the private balcony. In addition, guests can enjoy the numerous amenities available at Waikiki Banyan, including the large outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, tennis court, and children's playground. **RECREATIONAL DECK ENHANCEMENTS We are excited to announce upcoming renovations and improvements to the recreational deck, beginning on April 7, 2025. This project, anticipated to take at least ten (10) months, will result in an enhanced and more enjoyable space for everyone. During this renovation period, the swimming pool, hot tub, children's playground, and BBQ area will be temporarily closed. We understand this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience as we work to create a better experience for you. The sauna will remain open and accessible via Tower 1, 6th floor.** A pay-per-load laundry room is also available on the same floor, with each load costing $4.00 Waikiki Banyan is ideally located just a block away from the world-famous Waikiki Beach, where guests can swim, sunbathe, and surf to their heart's content. The surrounding area is also home to numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The nearby Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium are also great attractions for families with children. We had such a lovely stay here . Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and easy! The home was cozy, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The location was super convenient too. The location is within walking distance of the Wakiki beach and all the shopping areas. What we loved most were the host’s local tips. The hosts are super helpful on where are the hidden gems are. So thoughtful and helpful! Thanks to their advice, we discovered great places to eat and explore that we would’ve missed otherwise. It really made a difference. Parking was easy, which was perfect for our family road trip. We truly enjoyed every part of our stay and would happily recommend this place to friends. Hope to come back to Honolulu again. We absolutely loved it!

This was our first time to Hawaii and Oahu. This condo was perfect for the two of us. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the place was decorated super cute. There were Refreshments in the fridge and some snacks which was a nice touch, especially after a long day of travel. had a rental car so the parking space in the garage worked perfect for us. The location was nice being walkable to restaurants and the main Waikiki area. We did not have a lot of issues with the elevators being slow, even being on the 38th floor. but I am sure in the summer months it is probably an issue. But let's be realistic you are on island time, slow down, and enjoy your time there. The Recreation deck was being renovated so we were not able to use the pool but hopefully that just means it will be nicer for the next time! We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We loved being able to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and watching the sunrise each morning was a highlight of our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Spectacular views, and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer place. Immaculately clean , and the responsiveness of the hosts helped put my mind at ease the entire time. We loved just sitting on the lanai and enjoying the breeze. You know it was a great vacation when we never even turned on the TV! Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped! So this doesn’t sound like a paid infomercial… the one negative, the shower water pressure could be better … but it gets the job done, 38 stories up…. This is the singular small thing I can think of, you will love this place, and the hosts. Mahalo for allowing us to stay there!

Jimmy & Yingying’s place was beautiful and extremely clean. Understanding that a lot buildings in Waikiki area are aged - you can feel it from outside the room. But once you step in the property it’s another world - clean, fashionable, warm and cozy. This place even comes with free parking which is the first priority for us to find a place to stay because we rent a car! This location is quite close to the beach (just a block away) and lots of shops and food options are in walkable distances. Jimmy and Yingying are great host… very responsive (like within 10 mins) and helpful on instructions. Checkin process was clear and easy. The only thing that we discussed was the water pressure in the shower room which is understandable because we are on 38th floor and the water pump needs to go up very high. Just avoid some peak hours when people are taking showers, it should be fine. Thank you again Jimmy and Yingying for the great host. We will be back!

Had a great stay at jimmy & yinging’s place! Everything was very clean, and looked even better than the pictures. We especially loved that they provided beach chairs and beach towels and the view from the apartment was amazing! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place in a fantastic location. Stunning views towards the mountains. The included parking is extremely convenient in Waikiki. We loved getting up early in the morning to watch the sun rise next to Diamond Head. It's a short stroll to the beach and Jimmy and Yingying provided us with some beach basics such as foldable chairs and a boogie board. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
